The following Smart Forms have been migrated by Axsy from V1 to V2 format and are available in the FFABIT org as draft format Forms and the FFATEST org as version format Forms.

The Forms listed in Table 2 from Handover 2 and Handover 3 share one or more Sections with the Forms delivered in Handover 4 and have been re-published in the draft FFABIT org and updated versions imported into the FFATEST org.
