Many of the fixes were within shared Smart Form Sections, accordingly most of the I&C Smart Forms have been modified either directly or indirectly as a result of shared Section usage and the Smart Forms listed in Table 1 have been updated as Drafts in the FFABIT org and as Versions in the FFATEST org.

Resolution:This was observed to be due to a change in the custom visibility formula to an unconditional mandatory formula that had taken place during the course of the project that Axsy were not made aware of.
Whilst a single Element and Android only are reported in the ticket it was observed in the NGMQA org that all of the similar custom visibility formula throughout the PRS - PRS Stream Section had also been changed to have unconditional mandatory formulae.
Accordingly Axsy has modified all of the PRS - PRS Stream Elements custom visibility formula to match the NGMQA org. These changes should also be noticed on non-Android devices also.

Headline: Meter Mechanism not auto populated for I&C Meters
Resolution: The Meter Mechanism for I&C meters has been changed to default to “CR”. In the case that a Domestic Meter Serial Number is supplied in an I&C Form, if the Meter Serial Number starts with “L” then the Meter Mechanism default will become “PP”.
Notes:
Domestic Meter Serial Numbers lookup capabilities and I&C Meter Serial Number lookup capabilities are two distinct implementations and the I&C Smart Forms will not perform lookup capabilities for Domestic Meter Serial Numbers
If a Domestic Meter Serial Number is barcode scanned or manually entered in an I&C Form this will not be rejected but the I&C lookups will not populate Meter Type / Meter Manufacturer / YOM / No. Dials that are normally auto populated.
